Defining a strategy is essential for the success of any organization. Business world is increasingly more global and competitive and there is a clear need to stand out from competitors and explore key distinguishing factors to create competitive advantages. This project has as ultimate goal understanding and presenting the main tools of analysis and the establishment of rationales that lead to the development of a strategy, by looking at a case study - the strategic development of the undergraduate program at ISCTE Business School (IBS).
